§ 00 — The Standard

The insurance estimate is not the final word.

We recover the labor, operations, and parts the carrier left off the estimate — line by line, on the record. Built for Wisconsin auto body shops.

§ 01 — The File

Carriers short-pay. Most shops don't have time to fight back.

Carriers routinely short-pay on labor hours, labor rates, excluded operations, and parts substitutions. Every reviewed line is logged against the platform that authored the procedure.

Discrepancy

Operations marked "included" that aren't.

Bolted parts, R&I labor, feather-prime-block — routinely buried inside adjacent lines. The procedure pages say otherwise.

Missing

Operations omitted entirely.

Pre- and post-repair scans, corrosion protection, sand and buff, masking — absent from the carrier's estimate, payable under the file.

Match

Where the file agrees, we say so.

Every line is logged MATCH, MISSING, or DISCREPANCY. The shop's position is anchored to the platform, not to opinion.

§ 02 — The Work

What a completed Discovery Review looks like.

A real file. Every line logged, every dollar accounted for before the full package is authorized. Shop and carrier names withheld.

§ 04 — Specialist of Record

Frederick Baier. WI-001.

Tactic Management was built around a problem nobody was solving. Wisconsin auto body shops were consistently underpaid by insurance carriers — and most shops didn't have the time, tools, or expertise to fight back.

Every position taken is tied to a procedure page. If it's documented, it's non-negotiable. If it isn't, it isn't argued.

§ 05 — Open a File

Send the estimate. We'll take it from there.

First Discovery Review is free for new shops. No commitment — just a clear picture of what you're owed.
